ATTABOOM (1) made progress last time out, finishing 2.2.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 6f at Ballarat Synthetic after being prominent at the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. ZEBEDEE SPRINGS (11) returns after ten months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a seventh over 7f at Echuca. Opened last prep with a minor placing at Moe over 6f. Placed in a recent trial. Has ability and is a solid chance. COLLATED (2) raced handy on debut last start and gave a good sight, holding on for third and beaten 2.5 lengths over 6f at Bordertown. Expected to feature with improvement to come. SON OF A BLONDE (5) is a maiden who has filled a minor placing nine times in 26 starts. Failed to threaten when fresh from a lay-off last start, beaten 6 lengths into fifth over 5f at this track. Solid contender in this line up.
