SHAKE'N'BAKE (4) came home strongly last start to finish second, beaten 0.8 lengths, over 6½f at Avoca when coming back from a lay-off. Fitter and with the blinkers on he makes considerable appeal. Fitter again and the winkers removed this time. Looks a top chance. TYMON (5) started at 13/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 4 lengths at Geelong over 7½f. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. CRAZY SHERIFF (7) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 1.1 lengths when fourth in a 6½f contest at Stawell three weeks ago. Has the class to take care of this field. KING PROTEA (3) finished 7 lengths adrift in seventh last time over 6½f at Swan Hill in a disappointing performance. Has his share of talent and can do a lot better.
