Likely improver with strong prospects. KRUG (2) led throughout last start to score an effortless 6 lengths win over 1m1/4f at Mountaineer Park (Dirt). Good record at this journey with two wins and five minor placings from 10 starts and is sure to run well. DYRDEK (6) has been in the placings his past two starts, finishing third over 5½f at this track (Dirt) last time out. Big chance to break through. OPEN OUT (1) has not won for a long while. Last raced on December 12 when beaten 20 lengths into seventh at this track (Dirt) over 6f after he was well back on straightening. Good enough on his day and can run a bold race.
