MOREAU (1) was a dominant winner last time at Thistledown (Dirt) over the same distance. Is going okay this campaign, recording two wins and a minor placing from six starts. Sure to run well. NEED TO KNOW BASIS (2) had been racing well with two consecutive placings before last start managing only fourth over 1m2f at this track. Watch for a much better run. BEN DIESEL (4) lifted strongly to score by 1.75 lengths three runs back at Thistledown (Dirt) before filling a minor placing at his last two starts. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. One of the main contenders. SOUL COAXING (5) missed the frame on dirt over 1m1/2f at Hawthorne in a then filled a minor placing last start on turf over 1m1/2f at Hawthorne. Racing well and is a must include back on dirt.
