WIN AND TONIC (9) ran a bold race over this journey last time, leading for much of the way before fading out of it late to finish 3 lengths away in fourth at this track. Will give a sight. CAVENTE (7) did a good job last start to finish second at this track over 6f, beaten 1.1 lengths. Is going well this campaign, recording a win and two minor placings from six starts. Best form puts her right in this. FLYING MAPLE (10) came from well back on cornering and hit the line strongly to score over 5½f at this track last time out. Should be winding up late again. BARNEY RABBLE (3) was comfortably accounted for when fourth last time out over 5½f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths, after a win at Thangool at the previous outing. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
