PAUL EDWARD (8) is yet to break through after 15 starts but not far off a win. Placed in a then missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 7f at Ballina. Blinkers added this time. Capable of sharp improvement and can get off the mark. LADY DE VEGA (11) is a 12-start maiden who finished sixth at her most recent appearance over 6f at this track after she was well back on straightening. Likely to be in the finish in this suitable assignment. LUCKY STRONG (3) is a five-year-old import having his first run for the Peter Fleming yard. Finished off last campaign with seventh over 6f at Happy Valley 11 months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly for the new connections but he is a definite winning chance. MISHANI AMORE (12) is back after a break of six-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff she finished fifth over 6f at this track. Rates highly on best form and should be in the mix.
