JJ FOREVER LOUISIANA (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just one length from the winner in second over 1f80yards at Evangeline Downs after being in the firing line on the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. TF NANA JESS (4) is finding the breakthrough elusive, beaten 2.25 lengths into sixth at her latest appearance over 1f80yards at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). Finds the right race and can get off the mark this time. LA PANTERA JP (6) finished fifth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1f80yards at Evangeline Downs, beaten 1.5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. DADDYS FIRST (9) comes here off a last-start fourth, beaten 1.3 lengths, over 1½f at Evangeline Downs. One of the main contenders.
