Expected to bring the good form from last campaign to this contest. ALTERANA (2) didn't do a bad job after being in contention on the turn to finish a nose away in second last start over 5f at Evangeline Downs. That followed a when resuming win at Evangeline Downs. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. WISE ANCHOR (3) is ready to break through after collecting his 4th minor placing in a row last time over 6f at this track (Dirt) after being prominent from the outset. Drawn to stalk the leaders. Meets some better types this time but another big run is on the cards. PINCH ME A PENNY (4) improved last time out, finishing 3 lengths from the winner in third over 6f at this track. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort.
