Was in top form before a lay-off with two straight wins, the latest over 4½f at Lone Star Park. Has a formidable record at this journey with five wins and four placings from 12 starts and should prove tough to beat. PINKY RING BLING (4) made significant late ground last start to get up for second over 5½f at Lone Star Park (Dirt). Expected to be there at the business end. FOOLISH STEVE (5) showed good pace over 6½f at this track (Dirt) last time and went on to score by 3.5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. KID SHELLEEN (6) was safely held when fourth last time out over 1m1/4f at this track, beaten 9 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
