MYMANROWEN (4) was in the firing line all the way and fought on for third last start over 5f at this track (Dirt), making it two minor placings in a row. Finds a tougher race but a win is not out of the question. FRENETIC DAY (1) finished fourth last start over 7f at this track (Dirt) after racing on the pace for much of the way. Well placed and expected to feature. COUNTRY CAT JAKE (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was never in contention over 5f at this track, beaten 9 lengths into sixth. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves another chance. SEEKING A SOLDIER (6) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 18 lengths away in tenth over 7f at Evangeline Downs. Better than recent efforts suggest.
