COUNTY JUDGE (1) was safely held when third last time out over 7f at Lone Star Park, beaten 5 lengths after being prominent at the bend. That followed a win at Lone Star Park at the previous outing. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. BRIARTOWN (6) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish third last time out over 6f at this track (Dirt). Should run on into the finish again. STAND PROUD (3) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 10 lengths over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Looks well placed and he is one of the main chances. NONCHALANT (5) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when tenth over 6f at this track, beaten 22 lengths. One of the main hopes.
