KYTHIRA (2) is racing well without winning. Last start finished seventh, beaten 12 lengths, over 6f at Del Mar (Dirt). Although yet to score at this distance she has been in the frame at all three runs. Terrific chance to break through. SMOOTH AS BUTTER (4) recorded a gutsy maiden victory last time out over 4½f at this track (Dirt), scoring by a nose. Shaping up nicely and she cannot be discounted. BORNTOSTAYTHIRSTY (5) has not won for a long while. Last raced on September 15 when beaten 6 lengths into fourth at Los Alamitos (Dirt) over 5½f after being in the firing line on the turn. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot return to winning ways. MET AT THE DANCE (1) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 2½f at this track (Dirt), finishing third and beaten 2 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
