CAPITAL CARTEL (1) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1f80yards at this track, beaten only 1.75 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. TOUGH BROTHER (2) is a five-start maiden who finished seventh, beaten 4 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 2f at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino (Dirt). Will take a lot from that hit-out and looks a strong chance to break through. BLOWNBUBBLES (5) has recently been thereabouts without winning, the latest effort a sixth over 0½f at this track (Dirt). Expected to feature in the finish. BOSSY GIRL MG (3) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1f80yards at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth. No surprise to see her in contention.
