MAYCEE JO (4) was far from disgraced when fourth last start after being in the firing line on the turn over 4f124yards at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Will enjoy a drop in class so she can play a big role. MODERA (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 7 lengths when fifth in a 4f124yards contest at this track two weeks ago. Finds an easier assignment and can take this out. ISLAND LIFE (5) showed good early speed over 4½f at this track (Dirt) last time and went on to salute by 2 lengths. Among the top-three contenders.
