A POLITICAL THEORY (7) was close to a maiden win before a 11 weeks break, finishing off with a placing over 1f80yards at Fair Meadows (Dirt). Can pick up where she left off. Rates highly on best figures and should be right in this. LIPAN CARTEL (4) has been in the placings seven times from 15 outings. Last start finished eighth over 1f80yards at Gillespie County Fairground (Dirt). Has a solid record at this track, finishing in the top-three three times. Can measure up.
