Rates highly on best figures and should be right in this. LIPAN CARTEL (4) has been in the placings seven times from 15 outings. Last start finished eighth over 1f80yards at Gillespie County Fairground (Dirt). Has a solid record at this track, finishing in the top-three three times. Can measure up.
