CLASSIC RICK (7) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish second, beaten 2 lengths, over 6f at this track (Dirt). Should run on into the finish again. PURE MALICE (6) couldn't have been more impressive when resuming last start when he scored by 3 lengths over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Fitter for that last hitout and he is a major player again. NEW BERN (2) is progressing well this campaign, landing the prize by 2.75 lengths last time out over 7f at this track (Dirt). Likely to be there at the finish again.
