ANNA UP (2) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten a nose, over 7f at Sam Houston Park (Dirt). Well-placed and is going to prove tough to run down. BEAUXS ARTES (5) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f at Sam Houston Park, beaten 4 lengths. Taking on a better line-up this time but she is good enough to play a major role. TENSAS LU LU (1) was always well out of her ground when 15 lengths from the winner in tenth over 6f at Fairgrounds last start, a less impressive effort than her eighth at Delta Downs the run before. Has the ability to find the winners' list. ELENA MAE (7) is a four-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Ronnie Iii Cravens barn. Hasn't raced since finishing sixth at Remington Park (Dirt) five months ago. Not seen at the trials but looks nicely placed. Shapes as a top-three chance.
