WRITTEN FAME (1) missed the placings when resuming recently but was not too far from the winner when sixth over 5f125yards at Grafton. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Likely to feature. RYLOV (3) had been rock-solid with four placings in a row before finishing seventh over 6½f at Gold Coast last start. Commendable record at this trip with a win and five minor placings and is a leading contender. EPIC FLASH (8) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Beaudesert, beaten 8 lengths into tenth after being in contention on the turn. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. FIELD AGENT (9) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.5 lengths from the winner in second over 6f at Kilcoy. Another forward showing is anticipated.
