EDGE OF SEVENTEEN (15) returned last time with a solid second at Eagle Farm over 5f after being in contention on the bend. Has the class to get the prize. CASEBOLT (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7¾f at Murwillumbah, beaten 8 lengths into fourth after being prominent at the bend. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. STAVRITZEL (3) went forward when resuming last start over 5f at Grafton and held on well for third, beaten a long neck. Finds a more suitable contest and can take this out. BARRON (7) finished 3.4 lengths away from the winner last time at Grafton and gets some weight relief here. Looks to have solid claims on best form.
