TIPMANEE (6) raced on the speed from the outset when resuming last start and finished second, beaten 6 lengths, over 6½f at Timonium (Dirt). Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp. SPEEDY TRIAL (1) is on debut for the Hamilton A Smith stable. Two-year-old filly by Tiz The Law from High Con. Drawn nicely which is a big tick. Should acquit herself well. Watch for a positive market lead. COVERED IN CRYSTAL (10) is a nicely bred two-year-old filly lining up for the first time. By Quality Road from Giant Crystal who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. Should be thereabouts despite a difficult gate.
