BUDS ISLAND (6) has put together a couple of wins at this track, the latest on February 23 over 1m1/2f when he got home by 4 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot score again. MR MENDELSLEW (5) finished out of the money two starts back then he got a long way back and was beaten 26 lengths when sixth over 1m at this track three weeks ago. This doesn't look as hard so he will be hard to beat. NOTMYFIRSTRODEO (1) made progress last time out, finishing 4 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1m1/2f at this track after being in the firing line on the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. LET'S HAVE A PARTY (3) is progressing well this campaign, landing the prize by 0.3 lengths last time out over 6f at this track (Dirt). Nicely placed to find a top-three spot.
