PILOTE COMETE (6) made it five minor placings in a row last start when second over 7f at Parx (Dirt) after being prominent from the outset. Wide draw and will need a good steer from Jamie Rodriguez. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. SOUNDBITE (7) missed the placings when resuming at this track two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 6f at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. VIRGINIA CITY (1) ran a much better race at his second outing last start to finish second over 1m1/2f at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ST PETE'S PASSION (5) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1m at Parx (Dirt). Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
