BILL OF RIGHTS (6) finds it hard to win with just one success from 12 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 1m at this track, beaten 5 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run. BUCKIN' DREAMER (1) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 14 starts. Was again denied last start when he found one better over 6f at this track. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. LITTLE SKIPPY (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Monmouth Park, beaten 9 lengths into sixth. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. WITHOUT PRETENCE (5) scored a 1.3 lengths win on dirt at this track two starts back but then disappointed on turf last time at this track over 1m1/2f when 17 lengths from the winner in eighth. Looks suited here. Can figure in the finish.
