STEELE MONEY (8) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1m1/2f at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. KRUG (6) has not appeared since he finished seventh over 1m1/2f at Charles Town (Dirt) on December 8. One of the genuine hopes in the race. TRANSFER THE FUNDS (5) finished out of the money two starts back then he got a long way back and was beaten 11 lengths when seventh over 1m1/2f at this track five weeks ago. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BERMONDSEY (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at this track, beaten 6 lengths into fifth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
