SHY GUY (4) displayed plenty of early toe over 1m1 1/2f at Devonport Synthetic last time and defied all challengers to score by 1.5 lengths. Will be handy in running despite the tricky draw. Must raise the bar but another big run will not surprise. THE LONGEST YARD (6) was a winner last time over 1m1/4f at Devonport Synthetic and re-unites with Codi Jordan who steered on that occasion. Gets some weight relief this time so another big run is on the cards. MOVEFORLEX (3) finished 5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 7f at Hobart when when resuming from a lay-off. Steps up in distance. Leading hope. BLONDE STAR (9) was fair fresh then improved nicely last time over 7f to finish second at Hobart. Better showing expected.
