WITHIN SIGHT (12) is finding the breakthrough elusive, beaten 8 lengths into fifth at her latest appearance over 7f at Mildura. Will find this much tougher but a bold showing is expected. DANCING WOLF (10) finished second, beaten a head, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Devonport Synthetic after she was in the firing line on the turn. Suitably placed to crack the maiden win. PUZZLE MISS (6) is a maiden galloper resuming. After a lay-off of 12 weeks. Closed last campaign with a fifth over 6f at Hobart, beaten 1.5 lengths. Filled a minor placing in a recent Longford trial. One of the contenders. BILLIE THE GREAT (13) was in the money on debut before finishing fourth last time, beaten 1.1 lengths over 5½f at this track. Will drift back but wind up late. Not to be discounted.
