Cherry-ripe now and is the one they have to beat. HONARENTE (7) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 8 lengths when ninth in a 1m1 1/2f contest at Kyneton two-and-a-half weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. TRUE PROPHET (6) was in the money two starts back at Wangaratta but was unable to repeat the effort last time when eighth, beaten 5.5 lengths, at Geelong over 6½f. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. PAINT ME RED (13) did a good job last time, finishing in the money when second over 1m at this track. Should be prominent despite the awkward gate. Should give backers a sight.
