SHIPINDANI (7) broke through for her maiden win over 5f at Durbanville last time. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looks well placed and she is sure to go well. VERONIQUE (5) was far from disgraced when fourth last start over 6¼f at Durbanville, beaten 1.5 lengths. That followed a win at Durbanville the start prior. Likely improver with strong prospects. ROYAL LYTHAM (1) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 6¼f at Durbanville, beaten only 1.5 lengths. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. DECEMBER DAWN (2) accounted for a maiden field over 6¼f at Durbanville last start, finishing 0.8 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Anthony Andrews was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Harder this time but still one to consider.
