Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. Group 2 winner ZAPATILLAS (3) finished 5.5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 7f at this track when fresh from a lay-off. Steps up in distance. Has the pace and the right draw to find a good early position. Expecting a bold showing. SUGAR MOUNTAIN (8) resumed over 7f at this track last start and could only manage fourth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Among the leading chances. Multiple Group 3 placegetter FUTURE PRINCE (4) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1 3/4f at this track, beaten 14 lengths into seventh. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
