TANNERON (6) was less than a length from the winner in second at this track on debut before showing the benefit of that race experience when an impressive winner over 5f at this track last start. Capable of repeating the dose. STRATA (8) proved too strong last start and scored by a neck over 5f at this track. Has a decent record at this track with two wins and five minor placings from 10 starts. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Expected to be in the finish. PALO QUEEN (2) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 5f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. NIGHT VIGIL (5) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 1.75 lengths over 5½f at this track. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
