IKIGAI STAR (3) won a 2mf Southwell handicap in October. The third and fifth have won since boosting form. Makes for plenty of appeal. SANITISER (5) finished runner-up on three of his past four hurdle starts. Raised another 2lb for latest Fontwell second. Shortlist. EZMERELLDA (4) shaped reasonably well when fourth on heavy ground at Stratford. Remains unexposed and might do better tackling this sounder surface. DOUGLAS DC (1) was beaten a nose at Worcester two runs ago. Can make his mark replicating that effort.
