PREFER TO BE READY (3) found the line nicely to grab third last time out over 6f at Newcastle. Fair record at this trip with a win and three placings. Should run very well. HOROWITZ (2) hit the frame two starts ago at Grafton but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 2.75 lengths over 7f at Tamworth. Finds a more suitable contest and can find winning form. FLYBALL (1) returns from a lay-off of nine weeks and is having his first run for a new yard. Was a winner when fresh last campaign at Nhill over 1m1/4f. Has found the right race and is worth including. SPANISH MISSILE (4) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Tuncurry, beaten 3 lengths into sixth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
