RATIFY (4) faced the starter for the first time and finished fourth last start at Warwick Farm over 7f, beaten 2 lengths. Capable of sharp improvement. DASHING DOUBLE (1) is yet to break through in four runs. Finished seventh at his last appearance over 7½f at Newcastle on October 2 after he gave away a big start. Likely to be in the finish in this suitable assignment. MAMMA MIA (9) ran a better race last start at her second trip to the races, finishing third over 6f at Nowra. Fitter and looks one of the better chances. LIGHTNESS (7) raced once in the maiden campaign when 11th at Canterbury over 6¼f back on June 9. Will take a lot from that last run and is worth following up.
