ARTFUL PERSUASION (5) settled well back and was disappointing over 7f at this track last time out when in the market. That followed a good second the run prior. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. INVADE AND CONQUER (1) was a determined maiden winner last time out, scoring by 0.8 lengths over 7f at this track. Looks well placed and he is a solid top-three hope. SMASHING TIME (2) is back after a break of four months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 5½f at Randwick Kensington. Makes plenty of appeal. MAH ALI (3) is resuming from a lay-off of six months and having her first run for the Kerry Parker yard. Was in the placings when when resuming from a lay-off last campaign at Canterbury over 7¾f. Will be forward for this after a recent trial win at Kembla Grange.
