WILD CALM (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m2f at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths into fifth. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. READY TO HUMBLE (2) proved too strong two runs ago at Canberra. Couldn't follow that up last time out when eighth over 7f at Canberra, beaten 3.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. PIGGYBACK (8) is a talented type who returned from a break last start and made it two wins from as many starts, scoring by half a length over 7f at Orange. Big chance again. DEEP FURY (15) produced another moderate effort last start when 2.5 lengths from the winner in eighth over 7½f at this track. Capable of featuring prominently.
