WARP NINE (1) was well fancied last time and finished a close second over 1m1/2f at Fairgrounds (Turf) to remain a maiden. Eexpected to be in the finish again. HEATONTAP (9) is a three-year-old gelding by Tapit out of Heat Street on debut for the John Alexander Ortiz stable. One to keep close tabs on, particularly if popular with punters. BATTER UP (6) finished in the placings when a 3 length third on dirt at Fairgrounds in a but then disappointed on turf last time at Fairgrounds over 1m1/2f when fourth, finishing 3 lengths from the winner. Better placed here and expecting he will make amends. CITIZEN (2) has not appeared since he finished sixth over 1m at Sam Houston Park (Turf) on January 17. One to consider.
