OUGHTON (2) stuck on well last start to finish third over 7f at Eagle Farm after showing good early speed. This is a nice drop in grade so he is a major player. OVIDIUS (3) has missed the frame at his last couple of outings, the latest when 3 lengths back in fifth at Doomben. Finds an easier assignment and is a winning hope. TARA JASMINE (5) finished out of the money two starts back then she got a long way back and was beaten 2.75 lengths when fourth over 5f at Eagle Farm two weeks ago. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is a major player. SKYWOLF (7) turned things around last start and landed the prize by 1.5 lengths over 6½f at Ballina. Likely to be there at the finish again.
