ENCUBIERTO (9) tackled the over 5f at Eagle Farm last time out when fresh from a lay-off and was beaten 4 lengths into eighth by Tiger Shark. Will appreciate this easier race. WITHIN REASON (7) stalked the pace when resuming at this track and trip last start then worked to the line steadily to finish second. Generally runs well when second up. Expected to go well again. SUNSHINE HIGHWAY (18) produced a reasonable effort to finish 2.5 lengths away in sixth last start over 5½f at Rockhampton when she made late ground. That followed a when resuming win at Sunshine Coast Poly. Must raise the bar but another win is not out of the question. TALTARNI FIELDS (3) pushed forward and was a determined winner by 2.75 lengths over 6f at this track last time out. Cejay Graham sticks. Worth including in calculations.
