GULF OF GABES (8) wound up strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 7f at Moree. This is a more suitable contest and he can go one better. GLORIEN (10) lifted strongly to score last time with 1.1 lengths to spare over 7f at Tamworth, making it two in a row. Shannen Llewellyn has been the pilot at her last two wins. One of the main contenders. SIPPITY SIP (6) was below his best last time, finishing seventh and beaten 3.5 lengths over 7f at Wellington. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
