WILD CANARY (4) was heavily backed and justified the support when resuming last start over 6f at Swift's Creek, scoring by one length. Open to plenty of improvement and another win looks on the cards. DIZZY BARMAID (6) accounted for a maiden field over 6½f at Stawell last start, finishing a long neck ahead of the nearest rival. Big chance to go back-to-back. POWER CABLE (8) failed to live up to market expectations last start when out of the placings over 1m at Bairnsdale, beaten 6 lengths. Finds a nice race and can get the job done. MARINE PARADE (3) has not won for a long while. Last raced on April 6 when beaten 2.75 lengths into seventh at Avoca over 6½f. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
