SKALKAHO (13) is going well and is knocking on the door, last time out finishing second over 1m at Prairie Meadows (Dirt) and only 0.1 lengths from the winner. Should be prominent despite the awkward gate. Best form puts him right in this. PATCH O'BRIEN (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1m at Churchill Downs, beaten 10 lengths into sixth. Has the talent to produce a better result. GHOST BIKE (5) finished third when resuming on turf, beaten 10 lengths at Belterra Park. Followed it up with success on the dirt at Belterra Park over 1m two-and-a-half weeks ago. Can measure up again. Shapes as one to consider. GIOVANNINO (8) was unwanted in betting last start but performed beyond expectations when beaten 0.8 lengths into fourth over 1m1/2f at Ellis Park (Turf). Should park just off the speed. Sure to be thereabouts.
