The aptly named DUE FOR LUCK (1) deserves a change of fortune after a luckless third-placed finish in a competitive 5f handicap at Epsom on Derby Day. Form of the John and Sean Quinn stable is a slight concern however he is taken to get the better of old rival CURIOUS ROVER (3) who finished fifth in that Epsom event before going on to produce a good third over 5f at Chester. FOOL'S GOLD (2) was set a stiff task in the G2 Flying Childers Stakes at Doncaster when last seen during September. Of interest making handicap debut with Oisin Murphy booked. CLOUD KING (7) could also get involved.
