AUSPICIOUS STYLE (3) is a six-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Daniel Simonovich yard. Resumes after finishing ninth at Santa Anita (Turf) at his last run eight months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Can return in winning form. RIVER REDEMPTION (2) scored by 0.3 lengths last start at this track (Turf) over 1m after he was in contention on the corner. Has a strong record at this trip, scoring two times from three starts. Luis H Colon who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Well placed and should be in the finish. DOUBLE THUNDER (13) is switching to a dirt track for the first time. Recent form was solid before a last-start fourth over 1m on dirt at Thistledown, beaten 8 lengths. Form here over this distance is very good with a win and three minor placings from four starts. Winning claims on best figures. AVIANO (6) got home by 1.3 lengths on dirt at Fairmount Park two starts ago. Disappointed in another run on dirt last time at Fairmount Park over 1m when 3 lengths from the winner in sixth. Sure to make his presence felt again.
