CHARLIE LIGHTNING (2) returns from a break of nine weeks. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a fourth over 5½f at Tampa Bay Downs. Nicely placed to kick off another successful campaign. SOVIET STANDARD (7) impressed last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished 2.5 lengths from the winner in second over 5½f at this track after being prominent at the bend. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. U S HONOUR NAP (4) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths into fourth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
