Expected to be in the finish. FAITHFUL RULER (2) settled well back and turned in a mediocre run last time out over 6f at Turfway Park (Synthetic) after a nice win the start prior. Likely improver with strong prospects. CORTESE (3) made late ground and finished second last time over 5f at this track (Dirt) when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1.3 lengths. Likely improver with bright prospects. SHACKLEFORD STRONG (6) was far from disgraced to finish 1.5 lengths away in third last start over 5f at this track after a win the run before. In contention this time.
