CREEK (5) turned in an eye-catching run over 7f at Newcastle last time, ridden back before coming home with a powerful run to finish second. Well placed to feature again. TINKA'S LAD (6) has been thereabouts lately without being able to break through, the latest effort a third at Kembla Grange over 6f. Overdue and looks a top chance. CEASEFIRE (2) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6¼f at Newcastle, beaten 2.5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. TRAPEZE PLEASURE (7) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 7f at Kembla Grange after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Best efforts measure up so capable of another big run.
