MOGUL MONARCH (10) has been in the money at his last couple of runs, the latest when second over 6f at Kembla Grange. Blinkers applied so a bold showing is anticipated. HERE COMES HOGAN (12) produced a reasonable effort when second last start after being prominent at the bend over 5½f at Nowra, beaten a head. That followed a win at Scone the start prior. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the key runners. KIRIBATI (1) finished 11th two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 4½f at Newcastle, beaten just 1.2 lengths. Has his share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
