THREATENING (2) is on a seven-day back-up after finishing in the money over 7f at Kembla Grange. Must contend with a wide draw but is worth following up. SPANISH FOX (1) raced just off the lead before letting down nicely and scoring a 1.2 lengths win over this journey at this track last time. In form and will take beating again. LONE FORCE (4) scored over this journey in a then failed at the longer trip last time when seventh at this track. Better placed this time and is a winning chance. DRACO'S FIRE (3) returns from a layoff of four-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 6f at Bathurst. Has switched to the Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald stable. Can make his presence felt.
