Expected to bring the good form from last campaign to this contest. TEX HANLEY (5) finished fourth two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by 2.75 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner over 1m1/2f at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. BROOKYS TAPIT (8) turned in a modest performance when eighth last time out over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 18 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. FRANKIE MACHINE (2) saluted two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when third over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 1.4 lengths. Nicely placed to figure in the finish.
